No complaint has been made to the Police regarding the attack on Opposition Leader Sajith Premadasa, at Galle Face on May 9, said Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Talduwa when he was asked as to whether any suspects have been identified over the attack on the Opposition Leader.
Speaking at a press conference, SSP Thalduwa said action would have been taken following an investigation if a complaint was made to the Police regarding the incident.
He said that Police are conducting investigations into the incidents that took place at Galle Face on the advice of the Attorney General and the facts regarding the incident are filed in Court.
