Former Parliamentarian Prof. Ashu Marasinghe has been appointed as advisor to the President on Parliamentary Affairs. Prior to this new appointment, he was Prime Minister’s Secretary on Parliamentary Affairs. He is an old boy of Ananda College of Colombo and alumni of the Colombo University and University of Aizu in Japan.
