The State Literary Awards presentation ceremony was held at the BMICH under the patronage of President Ranil Wickremesinghe yesterday.
Emiritus Professor Chandrasiri Palliyaguru, Senior Professor Kamani Jayasekera and T. Gnanasekeram were presented with the Sahityaratna Lifetime Award for their invaluable service towards the advancement of literature.
