Thusitha Halloluwa has been appointed as the Director General of Public Relations to the President.
Halloluwa has previously held several key positions under various governments and political leaders.
He has also previously worked with the late Minister Mangala Samaraweera, serving as his Cheif of Staff and Private Secretary.
