All categories of Litro Gas cylinders are available to consumers without any shortage, Litro Gas Lanka Limited Chairman and CEO Anil Koswatte said.
Denying reports that there is a shortage of LP Gas in the country, Koswatte said “there is absolutely no shortage of gas in the country, with LPG made available to customers via over 14,000 sales channels throughout the island”.
He said in addition to the existing gas cylinders, the Litro Gas Premium Hybrid 18 Litre Cylinder was introduced to the market as a product that meets international standards. This product contains 18 litres of LPG, sufficient for a family of four for a month. Koswatte said the new product delivers a higher level of efficiency and delivers better energy utilization, assuring easier handling and storage. “Our standard regular cylinders are also available without a shortage in the market. Customers may order their LPG requirements by dialing 1311 or via the Litro Gas Home Delivery App.”
