The NPP Leader Anura Kumara Dissanayake said the SJB was not capable of providing any new solutions to the people or the crisis facing the country.
Speaking at a NPP political rally in Samanthurai he said that there was no difference between the present rulers and Sajith Premadasa and the SJB.
While quoting a recent statement by Justice Minister Dr..Wijeyadasa Rajapakshe in Parliament Dissanayake said according to the minister, the SJB which cries hoarse in parliament and at political meetings that the government is trying to postpone LG polls, make calls at night secretly urging to postpone the polls.
He stressed that the only viable alternative the people have at this election is the NPP which has a viable plan to revive the country and the manpower needed for the effort.
