The National Zoological Gardens Department said they had received a record income of more than Rs.13 million last Friday (14) and Saturday (15), Department Director General Shermila Rajapaksha said.
She said that Rs. 13,044,221 was received as a recorded income.
Accordingly, the revenue was received from the Dehiwala Zoo, Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, Pinnawala Zoo and Ridiyagama Safari Park.
